As part of National Science Week, the Dove Marine Laboratory offers emerging marine enthusiasts the opportunity to participate in a novel research challenge. Pupils will identify a problem or issue connected to the marine environment that interests them and devise a research solution to this problem. The possible topics covered are very broad ranging, and could include for example a technological solution for oil exploration, a scientific research theme on climate change and oceans or an ecological investigation into marine communities. The scope is only limited by the pupil’s creativity and innovation.
The winning teams will gain hands on experience in undertaking research for the day in North-east waters on board the scientific research vessel. The expedition will depart from Royal Quays Marina at 10am on the 18th March 2010.

omg Joe won xfactor yey! I really didnt mind who won out of Ollie and Joe cos Joe has an amazing voice but Ollie was a great entertainer I was glad Stacey didnt win nothing against her I just think there are too many female diva singers like her already.

also as if so many Americans love Susan Boyle. Diversity were much more talented than her and deserved to win! the only reason Britain liked her was because she came on stage and we all thought omg shes gonna be terrible just look at her! but when she sang she was good (I wouldnt say great tho Leaona Lewis is much better even though I dont really like her) I mean c'mon people she didnt win Diversity did.

anywhou thats all I have to say lol oh and chris Hollins to win strictly!
